Very well organised, great venue, hotel and options available to book on trip. Diving trip was seamless, great crew and very happy with it. Suggestions - would be good to know roughly which dive sites might be visited during the week. Also the surcharges when paying for the trip was quite expensive and confusing with the different currencies (should be a way to pay in the local USD currency with card without extra surcharge from booking website?). Overall, very well run trip, had the best time thank you!

Incredible Trip. Amazingly organised form communication before the trip, itineries, options and choices all clearly costed and explained. Everything that was supposed to happen, occured as planned on time and better than expected. unparallelled diving and travel experience. Simon and Debs are greatest travel agents/support!

We had a great time, very good diving. Unfortunately the timing of the return to the dive shop was not always respected and some of us missed some of the talks. This has also to do with the fact that some of the delegates only come for diving and do not care about the scientific sessions. The Gala Dinner was excellent. Thank you for for oganising

Simon and Deb from Diveplanit show their expertise in handling the logisitics and probably largest technical workshops of the medical hyperbaric and diving medicine community in the world: SPUMS ASM. I have the greatest respect for them and hope to one day join their smaller diving travels

Deb & Simon very helpful and approachable. There was one event that nearly altered the entire experience of the trip. Natalie and I had deliberately booked to go to SPUMS to be with our diving family from Cairns - this boat was requested. There was a mix up in communications with Cairns in that i thought they had included the Spawn dive, but they had not. We did. Unbeknown to us, the determination of a spawn dive created two separate dive agendas, even though the spawn dive was only 1 of 10 dives. This meant that all divers doing the spawn dive were pre-determined to a specific boat all week. Furthermore, the prerequisite for a spawn dive had a minimum of 50 dives, making swapping boats difficult with divers who did not satisfy this prerequisite. I would have appreciated if Diveplanit where either transparent about the selection process of the boats or were able to identify the clash earlier to highlight this to us - it really caused a lot of angst and confusion. I appreciate that there were a lot of people and requests, but i gather this is why your company applied for the job
